Sunset Socials
A curated weekly social at Empire, bringing together local professionals, politicians, creatives and business owners as the sun goes down over Old Town.
The evening
Who comes
Guests are mostly Scottsdale locals aged 25 to 45. Attendance ranges from a few dozen people to more than a hundred over the evening.
Each week a small group of local businesses host tables, bring their own clients and friends, and add prizes to the event’s prize wheel.
For local businesses
Sponsor a Sunset Social
The program is limited to 12 local businesses, and there is no sponsorship fee.
Who we’re looking for
Health, wellness, beauty, fitness, aesthetic services, premium retail and lifestyle brands, among others. Every concept is reviewed case by case.
Our best partners already have customers, care about presentation and hospitality, and want a long-term relationship rather than a one-off.
What sponsors bring
- Prize wheel giveaways (required): at least $300 in total value, split across 6 or more items, such as gift cards, service credits or treatments.
- Your community (required): invite clients, customers, colleagues and friends. We look for sponsors who can bring 12 or more guests.
What you receive
You take part once a quarter, four events a year. Each time you get:
- An 8 ft table with a black skirt
- A 100-inch display behind your setup
- Your brand on flyers and promotion
- Social posts from @empirescottsdale
- Placement in the Empire app
- Event photography
